Bank-grade payment security
Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS certified processor. Your card details go directly to Stripe inside a protected frame — they never touch our servers, and we never store them.
Fraud screening on every order
Each payment is evaluated in real time by machine-learning fraud detection trained on billions of transactions. Suspicious payments are blocked outright or routed to our review team before anything ships.
Identity verification (KYC)
High-value orders include a quick identity check — a government ID and a selfie, completed in about two minutes through Stripe Identity. We see the result, never your documents: they are processed and retained only by our verification provider.
Human review where it matters
Larger orders are personally reviewed by our team before production, and the largest include a private consultation — a real conversation, so significant purchases are never anonymous.
Verification, step by step
When an order requires verification, you’ll see it on your order page and receive an email with a secure link. The process is designed to take minutes, not days:

We never see or store your documents — only the verified result. If a check doesn’t complete, you can simply retry, or contact us and a person will help.

A note on wire payments
We only ever send you wire instructions — after verification, consultation, and approval — and each set is issued once, for one approved order. We never process or pull a wire ourselves, and funds wired outside this process are returned per our returns & wire policy.
