These terms govern your use of formijewelry.com and every purchase you make from Formi Jewelry. By browsing the site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to them. If anything here is unclear, contact us before you buy — we're glad to explain.

Orders & payment

When you place an order, you're making an offer to purchase; an order is accepted when we confirm it and payment settles. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe — your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers. During checkout you may be asked to accept these terms before paying.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and exclude any applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout. Natural gemstones and diamonds vary — carat weights, dimensions, and color descriptions are accurate to industry-standard tolerances, and certified stones are described by their grading report. If we discover a clear pricing or listing error on an order you've placed, we'll contact you with the option to confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

High-value orders & verification

Orders above certain value thresholds follow additional steps for your protection and ours:

• Larger card purchases may be held briefly for a manual review before fulfillment begins.
• High-value purchases are completed by bank wire after identity verification and a short consultation, rather than by instant card payment.
• Identity verification is handled securely through Stripe Identity — we never store your documents ourselves.

Custom, made-to-order & build-your-own pieces

Pieces built through our design tools — a stone set in your chosen mounting — and any engraved, resized-to-order, or custom-quoted work are made specifically for you and are final sale, as described in our returns policy. We confirm the full specification with you before work begins; please review stone certificates, sizes, and metal choices carefully at checkout.

Order cancellations

Orders can't be cancelled online once placed, because we begin sourcing stones, ordering from our vendors, or bench work soon after. To cancel, contact us as soon as possible: if the order hasn't entered production or shipped, we'll cancel it and issue a full refund; otherwise the returns policy applies. We provide an estimated delivery window before checkout, and if we ever need to revise a ship date we'll ask you to confirm it — if it doesn't work for you, we'll refund you in full. Shipping & returns

Shipping timelines, insurance, and delivery requirements are described in our shipping policy. Returns, exchanges, and the wire-return processing fee are described in our returns policy. Both are part of these terms.

Gifts & store credit

You can mark an order as a gift at checkout. The recipient receives a gift receipt with no prices shown and a gift receipt number. A gift recipient may exchange an eligible gift for store credit equal to the merchandise value less our markup (our markup is non-refundable). Store credit is issued only after we receive the returned merchandise and verify its condition — we allow up to 7 business days after receipt to inspect. Returned items must be in their original packaging, unworn, undamaged, and not tampered with; if they aren't, we will decline the exchange and return the merchandise. Made-to-order, custom, engraved, and special-order pieces are final sale and are not eligible. Full details are in our returns policy.

Your account & conduct

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials private and for the accuracy of the contact, billing, and shipping information on your orders. You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to interfere with its operation, placing fraudulent orders, or misrepresenting your identity during verification.

Intellectual property

Everything on this site — designs, photography, renders, text, and branding — belongs to Formi Jewelry or its licensors. You may not reproduce or commercially use any of it without our written permission.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The site is provided as-is; we work hard to keep listings, imagery, and availability accurate but don't guarantee the site will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the item in question. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time — the version published here applies to new orders from the moment it's posted. Material changes won't apply retroactively to an order you've already placed.

Governing law & contact
