How it works

Buy or receive a piece. Any Formi order qualifies, and gifts count too.
Leave a review. Write an honest review on the product page. If it was a gift, enter the gift-receipt number from your gift receipt so we can verify it.
Earn 10% off. A verified review earns a 10% reward code — single-use, never expires, and good toward any future order.

Using your reward

Your codes live in your account under Rewards. At checkout, enter the code in the discount field in your cart and the savings apply instantly.

Gifts & store credit

Buying for someone else? Mark the order as a gift at checkout and your recipient gets a gift receipt that never shows the price. If they’d prefer something else, an eligible gift can be exchanged for store credit — see our returns & gifts policy for the details.
